G-res Tool training (6-8 November in Bali)
Learn how to calculate GHG emissions from hydropower reservoirs
This interactive training course gives participants the basic knowledge of geographic information systems and reservoir GHG dynamics to assess projects using the G-res Tool. This training course is designed for professionals from all backgrounds interested in learning how to apply the G-res Tool.
The course will be delivered in-person over a period of 3 days. Participants will receive an official certificate from IHA and will be accredited as Certified Users of the G-res Tool.
The G-res Tool Training course will take place on 6-8 November after the World Hydropower Congress in Bali, Indonesia.
The standard rate for the training course is £2,500 + VAT per participant. Congress participants are eligible for a 10% discount.

Yes! We encourage applications from professionals with all levels of knowledge and experience.
Yes. Participants will receive an official certificate from the International Hydropower Association and will be accredited as Certified Users of the G-res Tool.
There is no exam but you will have to present your assessment results in a group discussion.
