Course description

This interactive online training course gives participants the basic knowledge of geographic information systems and reservoir GHG dynamics to assess projects using the G-res Tool. This training course is designed for professionals from all backgrounds interested in learning how to apply the G-res Tool.


The course will be delivered as a blend of online and offline engagement. Participants will take part in virtual classrooms where the trainers will deliver live lessons, including group activities and live Q&A sessions. Participants will receive an official certificate from IHA and will be accredited as Certified Users of the G-res Tool.
